About the event
Over the course of two days, Betty Taylor and the Red Rose Foundation team will provide an overview of non-lethal strangulation, sexual violence, separation and stalking within a violent intimate partner context.
They will help participants understand how tactics used by perpetrators operate within a overarching framework of coercive control.
Other areas of focus include:
- How anoxic and acquired brain injuries should influence service responses
- Pornography and sexual violence in intimate partner relationships
- Legislative responses - PTSD and trauma responses
